The 2025 edition of The RAEME Craftsman magazine is now available. This magazine is presented in a new format to better align with Army publishing expectations for formatting.

This edition captures another year of achievement, innovation and Corps pride across our Army. This publication remains one of the most important records of our Corps’ heritage, showcasing the professionalism, adaptability and technical mastery that define RAEME.

From senior leadership messages to unit highlights, operational insights and award recognitions, this year’s volume reflects the breadth of our Corps and the people who keep Army moving.

Inside, readers will find detailed updates from the Head of Corps, Deputy Heads of Corps, and Corps RSM, alongside articles covering major capability developments, training evolution, aviation support, littoral manoeuvre, and the growing integration of industry partners. Unit Jottings provide a snapshot of activity across Australia, while the Corps Awards and Vale sections honour excellence and remember those who have served with distinction.

This edition also marks significant milestones: the Army’s 125th anniversary, RAEME’s 84th year, and the 40th anniversary of the Prince Philip Banner. Together, these stories celebrate our past, recognise our present, and inspire the future of our Corps.
