Purpose

The purpose of this form is to allow retired members to express their intention to attend the parade for the 40th Anniversary of the presentation of the Prince Philip Banner to RAEME. This will be held in North Bandiana on 20 May 2026.

This form will not constitue approval of your attendance. It is intended to inform likely the parade organisers of the number of spectators likely to be in attendance. 

Instructions

You are to enter your name, email address and the number of people likely to attend in your party.

If you were present at the 1986 parade, please indicate as such with regards to the role you filled on that day.

This form is intended for members who have retired from the ADF. Serving members will be provided alternate means to relay their expressions of interest to attend.
